MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

I'm committed to making the practices of yoga accessible to all body types, skill levels, and income ranges. 

 

My classes combine elements of deep inner and outer exploration with the modern-day application of ancient yogic teachings. I aim to create a space where all students, even those brand new to the practice or with physical challenges, feel grounded, supported, empowered, and tapped into their own internal wisdom.

I seek to hold a welcoming space for all practitioners regardless of race, class, gender, sexuality, body type, and age.

 

These practices have gifted me with a sense of constant wonder and awe at this life and its intelligent evolution. I'm grateful to all of my many teachers and to the beauty of these practices for lighting my way for many years.
