Internal practices like meditation and breath practice (pranayama) can seem intimidating if you've never done them before. But practiced regularly, they can provide clarity, stress relief, a settling of the nervous system, and a wealth of other advantages. When we go within, we are better equipped to engage with the systems and world around us, and these practices can be a valuable supplement to other wellness and mental health efforts.
These practices have changed my life and I look forward to sharing them with you.
